Refund of the test fee of the 161st TOEIC Secure Program

Thank you for your application for the 161st TOEIC Secure Program. We sent a letter on April 30 to those who have applied for the 161st TOEIC Secure Program about the information how to refund the test fee.

If you have applied for the 161st TOEIC Secure Program through one of the following application channels and have not taken necessary procedure to refund the test fee, please make sure to send the sheet we enclosed in the letter back to us as soon as possible.

  • To those who have applied for the 161st TOEIC Secure Program through online application (Internet Service) and have paid at convenience stores
  • User of multifunction copiers of Seven-Eleven stores
  • User of paper-based application form and paid at a book store, university cooperative, and post office
  • User of voucher code through online application (Internet Service)

We’ve completed the payment to those who have applied for the 161st TOEIC Secure Program through online application (Internet Service) and have paid by credit card and through Group Application. For more information, please contact a credit card company or a contact person at your institution.
