Server:
What can I get for you today?
Nana:
I'll have the lasagna.
Server:
Sorry, lasagna's finished today.
Nana:
Oh. Do you still have spaghetti?
Server:
Yes, we do. What kind of sauce would you like? We have carbonara, marinara and Bolognese.
Nana:
I'll try the marinara.
Server:
Good choice. Here you go. If you want some parmesan cheese, it's beside the ketchup and napkins. Would you like any meatballs or soup with that?
Nana:
No thanks.
Server:
Anything else?
Nana:
Can I get a salad with no onions and dressing on the side, please?
Server:
Well, I can put the dressing on the side, but the onions are already mixed together with the other vegetables. Is that all right?
Nana:
That's fine.
Server:
OK. Here's your salad. Will that be all?
Nana:
Do you have any apple juice?
Server:
I'm not sure if we have apple juice, but drinks and coffee are self-serve from the machine by the cash register. And if you want any dessert, they're in the glass case right over there.
Nana:
Great. Thanks!

解説

What can I get for you today?
What can I get you? Are you ready to order?(ご注文はお決まりですか?)、Would you like to hear the specials?(本日のスペシャルについてご説明しましょうか?)
I'll have the lasagna.
やCan I get a…? What do you recommend?(お勧めは何ですか?) Does it contain…? I'm allergic to it.(~は含まれていますか? アレルギーなんです)、Does it have any…in it?(~は入っていますか?)
Here you go.
Here's your salad.
Would you like any meatballs or soup with that?
Would you like…with that?(~も一緒にいかがですか?)
Anything else?
Would you like to order anything else? Will that be all?(以上でよろしいでしょうか?) That'll be all (for now).
Can I get a salad with no onions and dressing on the side, please?
Can I get that to go?(テイクアウトにしてもらうことはできますか?)
I'm not sure if we have apple juice, but drinks and coffee are self-serve from the machine by the cash register.
