Yoko:
OK, it looks like we've covered everything on the list. Before we wrap it up, let me just quickly go over what we've decided: the launch date for our new product will be September 15; we'll run ads in all major tech-related magazines and possibly on TV, depending on the cost; we'll do an online ad campaign starting mid-August; and we'll host a ceremony with a guest list of 150-200 on the day of the launch. Does anyone have anything to add?
[looks around]
Yoko:
I guess that'll be all for today, then. Tom will email you the minutes by tomorrow. Oh, and one more thing: I'd like to have the next meeting on Thursday next week, from 10 a.m. in this same room. Does that work for everyone?
[looks around]
Yoko:
Great. I'll send out the agenda by the end of the week. Thank you all for attending. The meeting is adjourned. Don't forget to put all the tables and chairs back in their original positions on your way out.

解説

OK, it looks like we've covered everything on the list.
I'm afraid that's all the time we have today. We'll save the rest for next time.(残念ながら今日はここまでにしなければなりません。残りは次回やりましょう)、It looks like we've run out of time.(時間切れになってしまったようです)などと言いましょう。
Before we wrap it up, let me just quickly go over what we've decided:
wrap upは「終わりにする」「切り上げる」という意味で、finish(終える)やbring the meeting to a close(閉会する)などと言うこともできます。go over…
Does anyone have anything to add?
Do you have any questions or comments?(何か質問やご意見はありますか?) May I just add something?(ちょっと付け加えてもいいですか?) Could you repeat that last point, please?(最後のポイントをもう一度言っていただけますか?)
I guess that'll be all for today, then.
I'd like to wrap up this meeting.(この会議を終わらせたいと思います)、That's it for today.(今日はこれで終わりです)、Why don't we call it a day?(終わりにしませんか)、So much for today.(今日のところは終わりにしましょう)などと言ってもOKです。
Tom will email you the minutes by tomorrow.
Tom will be taking the minutes.(トムが議事録をつけてくれます)のように使います。
I'd like to have the next meeting on Thursday next week, from 10 a.m. in this same room. Does that work for everyone?
I'd like to set the date for the next meeting.(次回の会議の日程を決めたいと思います)と言ってもOKです。 Does that work for everyone?
Thank you all for attending. The meeting is adjourned.
