解説

Thank you for placing an order with ABC Confectionary.
place an order with... Thank you for ordering from...(~にてご注文いただき、ありがとうございます)などと言うこともできます。return a product(返品する)、guarantee(保証)、refund(払い戻し)などの表現もあわせて覚えておくと便利です。
This email is to confirm the details of your order as you described over the phone this morning:
I'd like to confirm the receipt of my application.(お申し込みを確かに受領したことをお知らせいたします)のように使うことができます。
Upon receiving your confirmation email, we will ship the products within two business days.
I'd like to change/cancel my order.(注文を変更・キャンセルしたいのですが)などと言えばOKです。
Please note: once your order has been confirmed, no changes or cancelations are accepted without additional fees.
冒頭のPlease note:はPlease note that...
