Dear May,

This is to let you know that I will no longer be handling your account from next month as I have been transferred to the Osaka office as of Sep. 1.

Your new contact will be Shigeo Yamazaki, and his email address is yamazaki@*****.co.jp. He has worked on the EFG account for the past two years and I have known him to be one of the most effective members of the sales team.

Thank you for your support over the years and for providing me with a wonderful and challenging experience. Although I will miss working with you, I am looking forward to starting a new phase of my career.

If you wish to keep in touch, my email address will remain the same, and my phone number will be 06-1234-5678.

解説

This is to let you know that I will no longer be handling your account from next month as I have been transferred to the Osaka office as of Sep. 1.
as of... I will be leaving ABC Solutions.(ABC Solutionsを退社いたします)、I have accepted an offer from XYZ Solutions.(XYZ Solutions社からの仕事の誘いを受けることにしました)などと言えばOKです。
Your new contact will be Shigeo Yamazaki, and his email address is yamazaki@*****.co.jp. He has worked on the EFG account for the past two years and I have known him to be one of the most effective members of the sales team.
I would appreciate it if you could give him/her your support.(彼・彼女にお力添えいただければ幸いです)などと言っても良いでしょう。
Thank you for your support over the years and for providing me with a wonderful and challenging experience. Although I will miss working with you, I am looking forward to starting a new phase of my career.
I have enjoyed working on your project.(御社のプロジェクトに携われて楽しかったです)などと言っても良いでしょう。 I am looking forward to starting a new phase of my career.(キャリアの新しい段階に進めるのが楽しみです)と、異動・退職を前向きにとらえる表現を入れています。
I wish you all the best in your future.
Best wishes for your continued success. I'm sorry to hear that you will be leaving the Tokyo office. Best of luck in your new career.(東京支店を去られるとのこと、残念です。
