解説
- Below is the itinerary for my U.S. trip scheduled July 10-15.
Please find attached the itinerary for...
- Let me know if you need further detail on any of the appointments.
- further detail on... Let me know if you have any questions.(何かご質問があればお知らせください)、Let me know if there are any problems.(何か問題がありましたらご連絡ください)などがあります。
- Q1 review meeting
- Prior to the meeting with Mia on Thursday, I would like to discuss our marketing strategies for PMC-1234BC with you to make sure we are on the same page.
- be on the same pageは「同じ考え(認識)を持っている」という意味の、ややくだけた言い回しで、make sure we are on the same pageは「互いの意見をすり合わせる」といったニュアンスになります。似た意味のsee eye to eyeやbe on the same wavelengthなども、一般的にもビジネスシーンでもよく使われる表現なので、覚えておくと便利。
- Would you be able to squeeze in a brief meeting on Monday or Tuesday?
Could we have a brief meeting on...?
