I'm calling to check on the status of the preparations for our promotional event.: まず、I'm calling to ～の形を使って電話の目的を伝えます。check on the status of ～は「～の現状を確認する」という意味。ほかにI was wondering how ～ is going.「～がどのように進んでいるかと思いまして」、Could you fill me in on the current situation?「現状について詳しく教えていただけますか」、Have you been making progress on ～?「～は進んでいますか」などと表すこともできます。
everything is going smoothly.: 進捗状況の問い合わせに答える場合、順調ならはeverything is going smoothly「すべて順調に進んでいます」、We're ahead of schedule.「予定より早めに動いています」など、あまり順調でない場合はActually, we have a problem.「実は問題があるんです」、We're a bit behind schedule.「予定よりやや遅れています」などと伝えましょう。
Have there been any developments on the negotiations concerning the route our campaign vans will take?: より詳しい進捗状況を尋ねるときは、Have there been any developments on ～?「～について何か進展はありましたか」のほか、How is ～ coming along?「～はどんな進捗状況ですか」、と尋ねましょう。
Can I keep talking?: これは「このまま話し続けてよろしいですか」と言う意味です。電話をかけたとき、相手に「今話せますか」と確認するときはAre you able to talk now?やI hope I'm not disturbing you.「お邪魔していないといいのですが」と言いましょう。このように聞かれたとき、話せるようならSure.やNo problem.、時間がない場合にはI can talk, but I'm afraid I don't have much time.「お話はできますが、あまり時間がないんです」と答えます。
What do you think?: 相手に意見を尋ねるときの表現です。具体的な意見を尋ねる場合はWhat do you think?、感想を尋ねる場合にはHow do you feel?を使います。
If anything comes up, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.: これは「何かありましたら、遠慮なく連絡してください」という意味で、ビジネスシーンでよく使われるフレーズです。＜get in touch with＋（人）＞は＜contact＋（人）＞で言い換えることができます。don't hesitate to ～の代わりにfeel free to ～を使ってもいいでしょう。
