Tim:
I have an appointment with Mr. Matsumoto this afternoon. Do you know how to get to his company from Shibuya Station?
Kumi:
Sure. The easiest way would be to take the Hanzomon Line to Nagatacho and transfer to the Nanboku Line. It'll take you directly to ABC Station, and his office is about five minutes on foot from there.
Tim:
How do I get to his office from ABC Station?
Kumi:
Let me see. First, you take the exit on the right-hand side of the ticket gate. Then, when you get to street level, cross the street and go left. After walking two blocks or so, you'll see a convenience store. Turn right at the next corner. His office is in the third building from that corner, on the left-hand side.
Tim:
What does the building look like?
Kumi:
It's a 12-story, fairly new building. Actually, the building itself doesn't have any distinctive features, but you'll be able to tell because you'll see their company logo near the entrance. You won't miss it.
Tim:
Great. How long would it take to get from Shibuya to his office?
Kumi:
I'd say give yourself about 40 minutes — or 50, just to be safe.
Tim:
OK. Thanks a lot!
Kumi:
No problem.

解説

Do you know how to get to his company from Shibuya Station?
Do you know how to get to…(~にどのように行けば良いかわかりますか?) Could you tell me how to get to…?(~にはどのように行けば良いか教えてもらえますか?)、How do I get to…?(~にはどのように行けば良いのですか?)
The easiest way would be to take the Hanzomon Line to Nagatacho and transfer to the Nanboku Line.
It'll take you directly to ABC Station, and his office is about five minutes on foot from there.
The #201 bus will take you to Washington Street.(201番のバスに乗ればワシントン通りに行きます)、This path will take you to the beach.(この道を行くとビーチに着きます)などと言うことができます。
First, you take the exit on the right-hand side of the ticket gate.
Then, when you get to the street level, cross the street and go left. After walking two blocks or so, you'll see a convenience store. Turn right at the next corner.
「~で曲がる」はturn right at the next light(次の信号で右折)、turn left on ABC Avenue(ABC通りで左折)のように表現します。
You won't miss it.
I'd say give yourself about 40 minutes — or 50, just to be safe.
just to be safeは「念のため」という意味で、just to be on the safe sideやjust in caseなどと言うこともできます。
