Thank you for coming all the way to Osaka to attend our seminar the other day.: 最も一般的なお礼の言い方がThank you for ～「～してくれてありがとうございます」の形です。forのあとには動名詞か名詞を続けます。all the wayは「わざわざ、はるばる」、the other dayは「先日」という意味です。
I should be thanking you. Actually, I called to say that I truly appreciate the valuable information you gave me.: 1文目は「こちらこそありがとうございました」という意味です。I'm the one who should be thanking you.も同じ意味を表します。2文目のI appreciate ～も感謝を表す言い方で、ここではappreciateの前にtruly「本当に」を置いて感謝の気持ちを強調しています。appreciateのあとには、I appreciate your visiting us.「ご来社いただきありがとうございます」のように＜your＋動名詞＞を続けることもできます。感謝を表す表現にはI can't thank you enough.や、やや丁寧なI'm grateful to you for ～もあります。
I'm glad to hear that you found the seminar helpful.: お礼を言われた側が使う表現です。I'm glad to hear that ～「～と聞いてうれしいです」は、お礼を言われて答えるときに使える表現です。よりシンプルなI'm glad to hear that.や、I'm glad to be of help.「お力になれてうれしいです」というややカジュアルな表現もあります。＜find＋物＋形容詞＞は「（物）が～だとわかる」という意味です。
I look forward to seeing you again. Thank you kindly for calling.: 「またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています」「ご親切にお電話ありがとうございました」という意味で、どちらも電話を切る前によく使う表現です。1文目のseeing you againの代わりにworking with youを使うと、「また一緒にお仕事ができたらと思っています」という意味になります。
